At Forte Vita, we offer three signature sculpt formats designed to challenge the body in different ways while staying rooted in intentional movement, strength, and endurance. Whether you’re looking for slow, controlled burn, higher-energy strength training, or more recovery-based movement, each class delivers a full-body experience.

Controlled Sculpt focuses on precision, deep core engagement, and low-impact strength through slower, Pilates-inspired movement.

Power Sculpt combines strength training and low-impact cardio for a higher-energy, endurance-focused full-body burn.

Flow Sculpt emphasizes mobility, recovery, and fluid movement through breath-driven sequences and intentional pacing.
